1. Acceptance of Terms
By using hela.studoke.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and a student or recent graduate at a recognized Kenyan institution.
2. Loan Products
Asset-Backed Loans (Loan on Items):
- Loan amount based on item valuation (up to 60% of assessed value)
- Items must be in working condition with proof of ownership
- You retain possession of items during the loan period
- Items may be repossessed if loan is defaulted
Personal Loans:
- Maximum loan amount: KSH 5,000
- Express processing (30 minutes) requires KSH 90 fee
- Standard processing (2-5 business days) is free
- Repayment period: 1-3 months
3. Interest & Fees
- Interest rates are disclosed before loan acceptance
- Express processing fee: KSH 90 (non-refundable)
- Late payment penalties may apply
- All fees comply with Central Bank of Kenya guidelines
4. Repayment
All repayments are made via M-Pesa. You must repay the full amount (principal + interest) by the due date. Failure to repay may result in penalties, credit score reduction, and potential legal action.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain responsibility for your account security
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Not use the service for illegal activities
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraud, or violate these terms. Outstanding loan obligations survive termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
hela.studoke.com is not liable for losses resulting from M-Pesa transaction failures, delays in processing, or third-party service outages beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.
